Wedding Photography in

Brighton

There’s a unique, effortless soul to a Brighton wedding that I absolutely love. It’s a city that doesn't ask you to perform; it just asks you to be yourselves.

I really enjoy working with the fantastic team at Brighton Town Hall. The ceremony space is elegant and historic, but the real magic happens the moment we step back out into the city street vibe. From there, we ditch the formal poses for a relaxed stroll down the promenade, grab an ice cream from a parlour or a drink on the beachfront.

Whether we’re wandering past the Victorian arches, catching the light under Brighton Pier, or just walking hand-in-hand through the crowds, these are the moments that feel most authentic. My focus is on those quiet, unscripted captures—the shared laughs and the genuine connection—set against the iconic, bustling backdrop of the seafront. It’s candid, it’s cool, and it’s entirely you.

Brighton: Your day, unscripted

Your ceremony

For couples who want an elegant, urban start to their day, Brighton Town Hall is a dream location. This stunning Regency building, with its grand white columns and historic charm, offers a sense of occasion that still feels incredibly grounded in the heart of the city.

The ceremony team at the Town Hall is truly fantastic to work with. They have a wonderful way of making everything feel seamless and calm, allowing you to actually enjoy the moment you say "I do." Whether you’re in the intimate, wood-panelled Regency Room or the grand Council Chamber, the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming.

As a photographer, I love the way the light hits the stone steps—it’s the perfect spot for those first "just married" shots before we head off for a relaxed wander. It’s a venue that perfectly balances Brighton’s historic soul with its modern, laid-back character.

Your wedding portraits

After the ceremony, the best part of the day isn't a photoshoot—it’s the relaxed stroll to your reception.

Instead of jumping into a car, why not take the scenic route through the heart of the city. We can wander the narrow, brick-lined alleys of The Lanes, maybe pausing to grab an ice cream or a drink at a seafront bar along the way.

There’s no stiff posing here; just the two of you holding hands and strolling with your guests along the prom, soaking in the "just married" high. With the Victorian arches and the pier as our backdrop, I’ll be there to capture those quiet, unscripted moments as you head toward your reception venue. It’s the ultimate Brighton vibe: effortless, soulful, and entirely yours.
